Alumni party at the Institute of Mechatronic Systems

On Friday, December 8, 2023, the Institute of Mechatronic Systems (imes) held a festive alumni celebration. Around 50 former and current imes employees came together to celebrate the outstanding work of all colleagues over the past year and to catch up with former colleagues.

The celebration began with a welcome from the institute's director, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Seel, who gave an overview of the development and focal points of imes. Afterwards, there was plenty of room for conversation and reminiscing. The guests enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

Old contacts were maintained and new ones made over a cozy get-together with mulled wine, cookies and music. The alumni showed an interest in the current challenges and prospects of imes and shared their own experiences and tips. Many expressed the wish to stay in contact with imes in the future and to take part in further events.
