The three Mechanics Institutes (IKM, imes, IDS) once again held their alumni reunion on January 26, 2024, where more than 30 former and current employees of the institutes met for a cozy coffee, exciting lectures and dinner afterwards.
The prizes of the Mechanics Section of the Leibniz Universitätsgesellschaft Hannover e.V. were also awarded on this day. The prize winners were Yue Xiao (IDS) as a visiting scientist, Oliver Höchel (IKM), Henrik Zeipel (imes) and Tido Kubatschek (IDS) for their outstanding student work.
